lazy days
It’s icy outside. Cold, dreary, and wet. But we are happy.
My friends are here from all over, and it has been one of the greatest weekends ever.
I do not ever want them to leave. But maybe since these
weekends are so few and far between, they’re so much more special because of it.

slow down
I usually do not like the cold. In fact, whenever I’m outside I walk as fast as possible to get to my destination. I may even slightly run. But this morning I slowed down. When it’s this cold I really feel. And I like to feel. Feeling anything in strong amounts makes me feel alive. And that’s the best feeling in the world.
